Dr Mike Hasenmueller is Chair of the Board and has extensive experience in adult education and training. He has worked in the UN system at senior management levels, and has demonstrated experience in network building. Mike’s role on the Board is to guide the development of the CCDR business model and stakeholder engagement. Mike and his wife Catherine Holliday founded CCDR in November 2012.
Rebecca Sutherland is the daughter of Rob and Cheryl Sutherland, and brings with her the ‘Bedside to Bench’ vision. Bec’s area of expertise is youth education and engagement. Rebecca lives in regional area and her role is to guide CCDR in our community engagement efforts so that they reach all parts of Australia, as well as bringing her creative flare to our work.
Julianne Gardiner has worked with grassroots community groups and provided community-based education both in Australia and internationally, with a focus on education for people from non-english speaking backgrounds. Jules has supported CCDR’s community fundraising and awareness initiatives on a pro-bono basis since our launch in 2013. Her role on our Board is to guide our initiatives so that they are inclusive of people from all backgrounds.
